RATING APPEALS:
Submitting rating appeals to reduce the rate bills for commercial occupiers. Representing ratepayers at Valuation Tribunals.  Advising in discretionary and mandatory relief and exemptions and maximising business rate allowances in respect of empty rates.  A rating re-valuation in 2010 is expected to be announced and it is important that the process of minimising future costs is established now.
